Conducting a training seminar on the assessment of human rights impacts and the formation of a human rights due diligence (HRDD) system

Purpose: to hold a training seminar for the Company's employees responsible for the implementation of sustainable development programs, to provide an overview of relevant materials and techniques, as well as to hold a question-and-answer session on the topic of human rights impact assessment
ENSOR Approach:
ENSOR developed presentation materials that included definitions, an overview of requirements, and an analysis of practical examples. The materials were presented in a format that maximally involved listeners in discussion and interactive solution of educational tasks.

Result:
The training seminar, lasting 2.5 hours, included 4 modules:

  • Module 1. Human rights risks and impacts
  • Module 2. The structure and stages of the formation of a system of due diligence in relation to the human rights risks
  • Module 3. Joint analysis of one of the risks in the field of human rights
  • Module 4. Analysis of the formation status of a due diligence system in the Company
The Company's employees responsible for the formation and implementation of the due diligence system, in a joint discussion with consultants, identified the necessary adjustments and the next steps for its development.
